– Lecture 2 days (June 24th-25th, 2016)
– Hand-on Workshop 1 day (June 26th, 2016)
Lecture Fees: (200 Candidates)
A) Early registration (Before May 31st, 2016) : 1,500 Baht / 45 USD
B) Regular registration (After May 31st, 2016) : 2,000 Baht / 60 USD
Hands-on Cadaveric Workshop Fees: (38 Candidates) A) MIS Instrumentation (whole-day session):
Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, MAST-MIDLF, OLIF
Maximum candidates: 10 B) Endoscopic spine surgery (whole-day session):
Interlaminar and Transforaminal approach
Maximum candidates: 12 C) Microscopic spine surgery (half-day session):
Tubular retractor and over-the-top decompression technique
Maximum candidates: 8 (for each morning or afternoon session) D) Workshop Fees:
MISSCOT member: 6,500 Baht or 195 USD
Non-MISSCOT member: 11,500 Baht or 345 USD

-All workshops operate at the same time. Candidate can apply only one of these events.
-Observation is free of charge and will be first-come-first-serve basis as there are limited
amounts of lead gown.
